1. Improving the condition of gas flow encounter: Improving the condition of gas flow and air flow in gas hot blast stove, its purpose is to increase their contact area. The larger the contact area is, the larger the reaction area is, and the combustion is intensified. Specifically, the gas and air can be divided into multiple streams, so that two streams of air have a certain speed and intersect; one stream of air (usually gas) passes through and submerges in another stream of air, and so on.
2. Strengthen mixing and disturbance: The combustion of gas fuel in gas hot-blast stove is a single-phase reaction. It is easier to ignite and burn than solid fuel, but its combustion speed and combustion perfection are closely related to the mixing of gas and air. The better the mixture, the faster and more complete the combustion and the shorter the flame. Therefore, as long as the stability of the flame is not destroyed, the air velocity in the air outlet or combustion chamber should be increased as far as possible, and barriers with large resistance such as baffles should be set up at the entrance, so that they can press and blast the flame and increase the disturbance of the air flow to enhance mixing.
3. Preheating gas and air: Increasing the temperature of gas and air can enhance combustion reaction. Therefore, the waste heat of exhaust gas should be used to preheat the gas and air temperature, so as to improve the combustion temperature and flame propagation speed, so that the combustion process can be strengthened.
4. Rotating and circulating airflow: Promoting airflow rotation can enhance disturbance and mixing. At the same time, a reflux zone will be formed in the center of the rotating air flow to guide a large number of flue gas reflux and circulation, which not only strengthens the mixing, but also prolongs the flue gas flow route and stay time in the gas hot blast stove and reduces the incomplete combustion loss.
5. Flue gas recirculation: In order to increase the temperature of combustion reaction zone of gas hot blast stove, a part of high-temperature flue gas can be directed to combustion data to mix with end-burning or burning combustible mixture to improve combustion intensity. However, it should be noted that the amount of recycled flue gas should not be too large, otherwise the combustible mixing hook will be diluted due to excessive inert materials, which will slow down the combustion rate, even hypoxic pyrolysis, resulting in incomplete combustion loss of gas hot stove.
